Yes and honestly, it's especially for you. Most of my clients start with zero structured training experience. That's actually a good thing: we don't have to undo bad habits. We build a solid foundation from day one, at a pace that fits your life. You just need to show up consistently. I'll handle the rest.
Not necessarily. I offer both online and in-person coaching. If you're training online, I'll design your program around whatever equipment you have access to, even if that's just your living room. For in-person clients in Singapore, I will train at Hougang ActiveSG which you can pay with credits.
I will recommend at least 3 sessions of 45 mins per week to see results. Every training plan I provide to my clients is personalized to their schedule, work hours and family commitments, so no worries on that.
Both options are available. Online clients get full program access, check-ins, and support from anywhere in Singapore (or beyond). In-person sessions are available at Hougang ActiveSG. I do provide sessions in other areas of SG as well but you will have to pay for the gym entry and transport. Not sure which is right for you? We'll figure that out on a quick call, no pressure, no commitment.
